Hello. I've been poking around the software for hours now and need a little assistance with the setup.
What I am trying to do is setup queues, each queue can only be viewed by a certain individual or group. I also want it so clients can submit a ticket to a certain group that can only be viewed by admins or managers. I want staff to be able to pickup a ticket out of the staff queue and then reassign it to a specific user/queue.
Queue: Staff (Can see unanswered tickets assigned to this queue)
Queue: Clients
----------Client 1 (Can only see tickets assigned to them)
----------Client 2 (Can only see tickets assigned to them)
----------Client 3 (Can only see tickets assigned to them)
----------Client 4 (Can only see tickets assigned to them)
What am I missing here?
