Is anyone familiar with how to poll the database so we can gather performance metrics, Tickets open/closed. average age of tickets, who closed what tickets and how many. Then averages for each staff member, and then one for overall staff. Etc. etc. etc....or even be able to set up the report to poll a range of dates.
I don't know much about coding or MySQL polling/parsing.
So basically I'm asking for Performance Metrics/Reports type mod.
