Recieving confirmation emails on new tickets?

Hello everyone,

I just installed this script on my cPanel server. After testing by opening a new ticket, I realized that the system doesn't notify me or the user that a new ticket was created. How do I set this up? I am using webmail via cPanel. I have entered the email addresses for setup as far as each dept goes. However, no notification is being sent out and I am not sure what the settings for this should be.

Any help would be great!

Then turn on the appropriate autoresponders and alerts in admin panel > settings (which you can override at the department level, should you desire).

Ok. I was able to get my pop settings updated. When I pretend to be opening a ticket, I do get a confirmation email stating that I have opened a ticket and someone would be contacting me soon. However, I do not get notified on the admin side of things that a ticket has been opened. How do I set this so that it can send an email to the admin or support team stating there has been a new ticket opened? Currently it only notifies the customer.

Admin Panel > Alerts and Notices.

Make sure New Ticket alert is enabled and set to go the correct parties.
