I have read up on the installation docs about accepting tickets via email, but I don't see a real distinct description on how to set this up.
I guess my biggest question is what format does the mail have to be in? For example, is there a template that has to be followed for the data included in the message?
It seems straight forward enough to set up the cron job to poll the mailbox you setup for the tickets, but I wanted to find out how the message is to be sent or whether osticket parses out the data it needs based on the mail headers and content.
