i have a fresh install of osticket (no mods) and turned the capctha on, but the image doesnt show, i just get a red cross... any ideas? thanks,
look for your gd2.dll in your php.ini file. the extension must be enabled for the captcha to work.
extension=php_gd2.dll - just take the semicolon off and restart your service (apache or iis)
