after installing the script, i think something is missing here. When user first send in the ticket to support, there is no email back to sender / user. Can we have or how can we modify so that when user ctreate a new ticket, the system will auto send an email on the content to user ilke stating support has received the email and will reply in 2 days bla bla bla ... sort of acknowledgment
can we do such thing ?
