Hi guys,
I downloaded the software a few weeks ago to build a tracking system. It took me a while to figure the basics, but here's a list of what I've learnt. I couldnt really find anything like this when I was learning so I wanted to make it available.
The big limit here is that all my users were admins, so we under-used the staff side considerably (reflected in the lack of mention!).
There are bound to be errors in my document but I hope it helps at least a few people as they start up.
