Creating Tickets in some departments and readonly in others

Hi,

I am looking for some solution which could help me.

We need privileges for users for creating new tickets in some (let's say native) departments and read only privileges for others e.g. after transfering ticket to another department.

Have you ever done sth like this?

Any MODs or ideas?

Hey!

I've got similar situation.

I configured few departments and I want to give edit (ticket) permissions only

inside dept where user belongs to.

When user is looking for tickets in other deps he shouldn't have edit perms, but read only.

Is there any mod with this functionality?

Does anyone manage with situation like this?
