I installed osTicket a couple of weeks ago and premade replies were working fine. But, today when I tried to add a premade reply to a response I got an error message, "Invalid tag or form." I tried to add a new premade reply, but that didn't help. That's when I noticed that none of my premade replies were enabled. When I try to enable them I get a message saying "0 of 5 selected replies enabled."
I have done a couple of mods, which may be a factor. First was a mod to make "My Signature" the default for all replies. Mod is located here - (Make My Sig Default). I'm not entirely positive, but I think premade replies were working after I did that mod. The last thing I did was to install the osFAQ system following the instructions from the (osFAQ webpage).
I'd appreciate any ideas/recommendations. Thanks TWHayes
