hi, we works with osTicket here, it is a great software.
But a have a problem here. I have a 1.6 ST version.
I received new e-mails when i create new ticket and reply a ticket.
But The osTicket not received e-mails and create a new ticket at osTicket antomaticamente.
I configure more e-mails, remove e-mails, create new e-mails too. I enable and disable options.:
but i do not have solution to this problem.
i need you help.
