Changing Priority Levels

I was wondering if there is a simple way to change the priority levels. Our priority levels in the company are different then "High, Low, Normal" And I just need to change the wording.

For example I need to change "High" to "OAS", "Normal" to "RMS" and Low to "VMS"

This would make my life so much easier but I am not sure how to go about doing it.

Changing Priority Levels

Sorry, new here myself. You'll find this in the ost_ticket_priority table. The fields in question you would probably change with the least impact would be the description field.

That is the quick and dirty. I would have to look more in-depth to find if there is any effected php or links in the data that might/would break if changed.
