Change and add fields when creating a ticket

Hello all,

I was wondering if it is possible to add a field to fill when opening a new ticket. When I open a new ticket I need to fill in a Mail adress which is mandatory. What I want is a name field which is mandatory but a e-mail field below it which isnt mandatory.

Does anyone know how to realize that?
