Hi I'm new here and to osticket
I'm using this on a free web hosting site called 000webhost.com they use cpanel. Anyway i got osticket installed today and have been for many hours trying to get smtp to work
I use windows live for my mail and have my domain registrars mx records pointing to windows live
i also have a google account registered with my @[deleted] but iam not sure if i can keep using live or if i should revert my mx records to gmails mail servers and use the authentication or change hosting sites or what?
im stuck i guess if i cant use this ticket system I'm hoping someone can give me a suggestion on what i can use or what i should do i like the host I'm at though
