Here's how I work on my website. I have a couple of "staff" that check the tickets. They do work on a fixed-project payment basis. So, they check the ticket and give me a quote (let's say 100$).
What I do, is send them an email from another source telling the client (we will charge 120$- adding my own profits)
Now my question, is there way to send a reply to customer that only the admin and the customer can see it [or maybe show "private comment" or something. I don't want the staff to see how much I am charging my customers.
This will avoid me to send prices to client from another source.
