I've integrated OSTicket with a Wordpress install. Have everything working, with the exception of one thing: I can't see the content of a ticket.
For instance, if you go (here) and click on View Status, you'll see two tickets.
However, when you go to click on those tickets you are redirected to the ticket "login" page asking for the e-mail address and the ticket number.
So, end result is you can't see the ticket. (I can see the tickets in the admin-end, but not the client/user-end.)
Anyone else encounter this problem? If so, what was the solution?
