Hello everyone,
I currently have the latest release of osTicket installed on my server, which is a shared Linux server hosted by Godaddy. After many bumps and glitches in the installation, I finally have it to the point where I'm ready to set up email. From what I understand, Godaddy does not support email piping (they host my email as well), AND the IMAP PHP module (required for email polling) is not enabled on Godaddy's shared servers, and they won't enable it. : The only way to get this (at least with Godaddy) it to upgrade to virtual dedicated or dedicated hosting, which starts at $30/month, and that's way out of my price range for now.
I want it setup so that a user emails support@mydomain.com and a ticket is created. So, does anyone have any suggestions or creative solutions? Changing email/web hosting providers is a last resort...
EDIT: The error message I receive when attempting to set up polling is: "IMAP doesn't exist. PHP must be compiled with IMAP enabled."
