It would be nice to have a way to reply to multiple tickets at same time. My customers will send in tickets with duplicate subject lines. IE: "issues with steam system" selected from a drop down selection on site. I need to be able to send out same response to everyone at same time.
The ticket merge MOD looks good but I am not sure if it will reply to multiple email addrresses or just the Main merged ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Love the system thus far.
