How do you keep spam of web form at osticket/open.php?

I can filter out spam sent to my support e-mail but what can I do with spam that can get to my system over osticket/open.php script?

Is there Captcha or other system for osTicket?

How do you protect your system? It's no problem for intranet sites (ACL on server works just fine). But what about public web site?

CAPTCHA was added in 1.6ST. You can enable it in admin panel > settings.
