I use OSticket as a primary internal ticket system. We have used it to replace field force manager.
I have the e-mail imports working great! But I was wondering if there was a way to setup a template for imports.
For example, the clients name, address, phone number will ALWAYS be in the exact same spot. The message to the tech will ALWAYS be in the exact same spot. Basically I am just E-mailing in a RTF file (or pdf, or html) from our invoicing system.
If i could find a way to parse the Email and just take the important information then populate the fields that would be amazing!
Does this exist?
