Send SMS alert

With the alert email I want to send a SMS message to announce that it received a response to ticket. How can I get the recipient telephone number and where must insert code. I use gnokii for sending command line SMS.

In other words, how can I insert in the email alert the telephone number of the person who receive the alert (reply, transfer,asign,internal note)
