Can OSTicket also track how much time is spent by someone on a particular work ticket? I ask because I'm looking for a ticket system to use with my subcontractors in which they can log the time spent on a ticket. Then I will be able to add up all time spent on tickets by a person (within a certain time period) and then know how much to pay them.

If OSTicket can't do this, does anyone know of another ticketing system that can?

You could mod OST to do this. I do something similar for my reporting. I calculate the open to close time, and open to first update time.

But to answer your question, natively OST does not do this for you.
