Installation problem include/ost-config.php file

Hi,

I hope that someone could help me, I tried to find similar problem on the forum but with no success. Anyway, I uploaded files on my apache web server. When I go on URL I got error that ost-config.php file isn't writeable, but I did allow permissions to everyone to write to this file using chmod a+rwx include/ost-config.php. Anyone have any idea what could be the problem? I would like to test it localy before put it in production enviornment. Thanks

Hi guys I found what was the problem. Selinux is what preventing installation of osticket.

Yo me tope con el mismo problema pero lo repare cambiando el nombre al archivo include/ost-config.sample.php y lo cambie por este include/ost-config.php, despues de eso me deja continuar con la instalacion espero esto les ayude y les dejo mi mala traduccion al ingles

I stop with the same problem but fix it by renaming the file include/ost-config.sample.php and replace it with the include/ost-config.php, after that let me continue with the installation I hope this helps and I leave my bad translation to English
