Basically what I'm looking for is a good PHP programmer who understand osticke.
right now I'm at a early stage of an idea i like to implement but need information to move forward. I like osTicket and it has most of the what i need but looking for something little more with possible integration wtih paypal.

Consultant profile page wtih stats and client review somewhat like ebay.
can this be done and how much would something like this would cost.
