Hi,
I currently use this system for internal tickets. I was wondering if there is a way to display a message under the Topic ID dropdown box when submitting a new ticket.
The purpose is to (for example) display a message like "We know of the problem XXXXX and are working to fix it" after the user chooses one of the topic options.
