the Ticket System don't send any Emails.
But i can't see any erros or mistakes.
Where i can find a log or something.
Are there any email settings with a exchange server or something.

What version of Exchange?
Please locate your php.ini. Check and see if logging is turned on. See where it is putting your php.log and consult it for errors. Also while in the php.ini make sure that you have configured php for email.
