Wordpress site and osticket

Hi,

I have a site based on wordpress.org.

Is it possible to use osticket with my blog ?

or should i use it in another domain?

if i can use it with my site- how should i install it?

If you can answer yes to the following:

1. ability to upload the source to the site,

2. ability to create a DB, DBuser, and DBpassword

3. Webserver has MySQL and a current version of PHP installed

then yes you should be able to run OSTicket.

Some things that you may also need to make your life easier:

1. ability to schedule tasks (cron or Task Scheduler)

2. ability to edit your php.ini to change mail config

What do you mean you have a site based on wordpress.org? Do you have wordpress installed on your server? If you have access to your server (you're able to upload files, etc.) you should be able to install multiple "services" on your server, as long as you have sufficient resources and permissions to do so.
