After entring and ticket, or adding internal notes i hit the Save changes button I get this message everytime:

I hit F5 to refresh, It ask me if I want to refresh, and then it saves. I have ran utils found in myphpadmin, but nothing changed.

Also- do you have any other web apps installed on this server that use PHP and MySQL? Do they have a similar problem?

If you are new to web servers and OSTicket in general, I suggest you setup a temporary LAMP or WAMP server. This way, most of the settings will work out of the box with minimal configuration.
