We are a High School in France and we use OSTicket from one year now and we're very satisfied.
I've just a problem. When a customer create a ticket, staff receive an e-mail alert. That's great.
But customer doesn't receive anything. So he hasn't his Ticket ID and we have to send a response manually to notify him that we have correctly received his ticket.
Obviously, in the settings I activated the auto-response for customers.
But, still nothing for customers.
If anybody has an idea or already seen this problem, it could be great if I could resolve this f***** problem.
