Customising viewing tab for open tickets

Hi there,

Can anybody help me with customising the view open tickets window? At the minute I can see ID, subject, etc but I want to add some custom fields too. Does anyone know how? It would be really great if somebody already knew and could save me time :)

This MOD has a custom field in it. You can see the file that needs to be edited and an example of the custom fields code and implementation.

Do you happen to also know how I can add this field as well?

Yep, that's another of my MODs (adapted from WebPragmatists no longer maintained MOD).
