Invalid Login for Admin Login

I created a new installation of osTicket on HostGator using Fantastico.

I get error "Invalid Login" when I use xyz.com/scp for the Admin Login, where xyz.com represents my domain.

Admin Username: is 10 alpha-numeric chars

Password: is 12 alpha-numeric chars PLUS some special chars &%+

Can someone tell me how to resolve this "Invalid Login" error?

I just now noticed from the installation email that ONLY 8 chars were used for the Username instead of the 10 that I originally entered. That solved the login issue.
