no ticket number required to view tickets

Hi there,

did anyone managed to mod ostickets, so it wouldn't require a ticket number to view all tickets (only entering a valid email address). I applied FORGOT MY TICKET mod, but it the software will be more usefull (in my case) if no ticket number was required to get a list of all tickets.

Any help will be appreciated.
