i have looked everywhere i can think of to find out, but is there a way that specific emails (ie customers email account or subject lines) can be automatically assigned to a specific staff member?
I have staff that handles specific customers and/or get credit for initiating sales so i want to make sure that we can track who is responsible for what - any ideas how i could do that?
