Issue
Hey!
The checkbox "show assigned tickets in open queue" does not change anything in the ticket view at all. all assigned tickets are still in the open tickets view. no matter whether its an admin or a staffmember. Any Ideas? Additionally I found no distinction in the sql query, where the checkbox value is considered. maybe I got a version where the sql query is not up to date, but the checkbox is already there? I have got version 1.6 ST.

EDIT: MY issue is solved, the non admin was department manager and so could see als assigned emails
