SMS notification feature

Hi,

I just get to know about osTicket system. It's cool.

I am wondering is it possible to a an SMS notification feature when a client open a new ticket. ( It will be an check box option for the client to select wether to recieve a sms notification ).

Will this possible to get it done? How to make this work? I really aprrecite to get the Guru's help and guideline to implement this features.

Yeah, my first post covers how to do it, depending on how you want it setup you need to change

if ($_POST == "4" && $_POST == "1"){

in step two, to change priority "pri" or category "topicId", for example, if you want all support tickets just pull out POST pri all together.
