I have found one problem/issue in reply mailing. Actually i have staff log-in and i have create a ticket on behalf of client so obviously email id of the ticket creator is mine email address. If admin or other staff replied the ticket i got an email that intimate the respond of my ticket. but if am reply the respond which posted by admin/other staff of my ticket the mail is not sent to admin/other staff email address instead i got email myself .
Step 1 -> create a ticket via scp using staff id on behalf of client
Step 2 -> if admin/other staff replied to my ticket then i got mail intimation about the reply.
Step 3 -> if am respond the reply then system should send the mail to admin / other staff who replied me. But instead of this i got the reply which is responded by myself , because am have the staff id.
How i can sort this issue. I want to send the mail to admin/other staff instead of myself.
