You will have to forgive me, I have installed this great program using fantastico through Cpanel on my justhost server. Everything seems to work great but I have a really strange situation with emails.
I have set the settings so that it sends an email when the ticket is created by a user so the user knows we are looking at their problem. I have then tested this with 5 users and 5 different email addresses. 3 of the people get the initial email at the same time i get one saying ticket opened. the fourth person doesn't get the email when they open a ticket but when there is a response they get an email saying there is a response and the fifth doesn't get any email at all.
I have tried this a number of times and its the same dependant on the email address used to open the ticket. I am so confused I thought I would ask if anyone knows what I am doing wrong.
P.S: I don't really understand doing cron etc... so I may have a setting wrong. I do have a basic understanding on php though only in code.
