I've seen this mod for 1.6 RC4 but it doesn't work with the latest release for whatever reason.
I need a check field or drop down saying "Ticket status: "OPEN / CLOSE"" when creating a ticket, as many tickets are often closed as soon as their opened. It would just defeat the purpose to open a ticket, get to the next page and have to close it with a comment.
Any help would be appreciated.
