Altjx,
Not trying to be personal here - but I've personally answered your questions via official support channel. It seems like you actually expect someone to code for you or give you a step-by-step tutorial on how to add features and if no one does then "support sucks".
Thank you, Peter. It seems as if when I search the forums though, there's are so many threads where the last post is "Did this work?"... But I mean osTicket is very nice, however, if you can't code then it's almost pointless to proceed with it if the forums doesn't have the solution (of course with anything).
I mean I'm just not sure what else to do but move on to something else. I love osTicket the most, I just can't get a few things working and not sure where to go for the help. I know I can probably be a little more patient but with customers involved and stuff isn't working after a week+ asking for help, no other choice, lol.
