ok, so i have searched and havent found an answer.
When creating a ticket as a staff person, when it comes to:
Issue Summary:
the only options in drop down are:
What is osTicket (sample)
Sample (with variables)
how do I create my own or edit those?
when I select either of those, they populate canned responses that I
do not see anywhere in Admin settings.
I have checked all over in Email> Templates
dont see those responses there, or anywhere else in the admin panel.
Any help or direction would be great
