Using gmail: smtp works, but emails are not generating tickets.
The account returns no errors when I save the settings on the add email screen. But it doesn't generate new tickets whether I'm using IMAP or POP.
I don't know what/where I'd find a log file to check for errors.
I'd love to get this working - does anything have any advice?
