Helpdesk Status - Offline

Hi, I just completed the upgrade from v1.6 RC5 to v1.6 Stable. There were no issues and upgrade completed successfully.

I am now trying to enable the helpdesk, but after doing Save Changes there is a pink banner showing Internal Error.

How can I resolve this - thanks!

All is functioning properly now.
