I have a strange problem with OSTicket at the moment.
We use multiple mailadresses from diffirent sources, most of them use pop + SSL, I was able to add those without any problems. Only now I have to configure a mailadres that needs to fetch mail from a non secured pop server. So in the configuration I set the encryption to none, only when I try to save the settings the following error appears:
TLS/SSL failure for (server): SSL negotiation failed
Which is strange since I set encryption to none.. I've checked the login and server info and the adress, username, portnumber and password are correct.
Am I doing something wrong of is there something else that I am missing?
