Changed SSL port to avoid IIS port conflict

I have Apache setup to a new SSL port (4499) to avoid an IIS conflict. I'm using XAMPP.

osTicket used to work on default settings without IIS running. Now Apache runs, Also phpMyAdmin but, as I would expect, osTicket refuses to log on with server error 403 (denied).:

The SSL access log is empty in Apache.

How can I get osTicket to use another SSL port?:

We are running only on a LAN, so SSL is not needed - can I turn SSL off in osTicket? .

The only thing osTicket (optionally) uses SSL for is some types of email configurations, e.g. Google Apps/G-Mail. You can change the port in the settings for that particular email address.

Thank you for your help Kelli! Your comment made me look again with fresh (for a Monday morning!) eyes.

I found I had left some changes commented out in the httpd.config file for Apache & I'd missed a change Ishould have made!:
