Dumb Question

I installed OSTicket through cpanel at my hosting provider, then went into the admin panel and configured everything. I have the email pointed at my live.com account. When I try to run a test ticket it says it sent it, but it never shows up in my email.

Something with your Service Provider (Hoster), you should ask him.

Probably smtp error.

Also, If you can get a look at your sites php error log, you may find a helpful error in there to point you in the right direction.
