need help moving ticket field

i dont know if anyone else has experienced this problem and im not sure how to correct it or what file i should edit and if i need to add a piece of code to do this but awhile back ago when version 1.6 came out i just did a simple upgrade and ever since then i havent been able to get the ticket# and the check ticket status button moved over to the right of my page so its right below the email field... as of right now the ticket # is to the left

so if you can help me out that would be awsome... you can take a look at the source code and go to the main part of the ticket system to see what i am talking about( click here for my website)

i was wondering does anyone ever moderate these forums and acually help and give advice cause im still waiting for a reply

The page looks as you have described it.

on the left is "open new ticket" button

on the right is

"email"

"ticket#"

"Check status" button.

Note: I've viewed this site in both Firefox 3.6.10 and IE 8.0.7600
