Hello, i am newbe here, just wondering how i can add filed to my tickets ?
there is only name , email address each. and i would like to add mailing address, groups and other stuff.
Is this possible with this system>?

Yes, it is real.
But anyone should add it themself, or order programmer to add it.
The answer to this question is both Yes and No.
The system itself isn't designed to add custom fields, etc (ie via a nice GUI or something). However since the project is open source, all you would need is a working knowledge of PHP in order to add it yourself. There are several mods in the mod section of the forums that discuss this topic, and you may find them helpful in this regards.
