Am new for Osticketing. Actually clients sending some doubts or error throw emails , we will add this as new tickets in Osticking System. I want to fetch these type mails that havedoubt/error from client via Osticketing and automatically nned added as new tickets. I think Osticket has this feature but am not sure how I can set this setting. Can any body help to get this feature to work
