Very strange - email link not working

That is the link I've gotten in a test email, however, when you go there, it says "Authentication required"...

Once you hit "View Status", it works... what the hell?

Just hit the URL you provided and it is working as intended.

The url simply provides the information (email address and ticket number) in the fields. Clicking "View Status" uses that information to authenticate and then view the tickets.
