we're trying to setup a ticketing system and would like the ability to know the URL that the user used to access the system, since we have a number of clients that could use the system.
I'm not sure if this is the best way to do this, but I was thinking of using a URL variable and hide this in the value of that URL variable in the actual form that gets submitted. I can't however figure out how to pass this value into the email that gets triggered as the "New Ticket alert".
The variables listed as available don't include anything I can use, except the URL, but this only uses the actual domain name no URL variables.
Any suggestions welcome.
