The configuration of the OST send notifications of new tickets and messages to an email. But also, the system fetch the emails of that account (Same deparment)
So, OST creates tickets because the alerts tickets.
How can I do to send the alerts of a deparment to an email and fetch the emails from another mail (same deparment) ?
